14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

1. Email us at contact.misir@gmail.com with your order number and the items concerned. You can also use the withdrawal form in the appendix of our terms of sale.
2. Send the items back no later than 14 days after letting us know, to: MISIR, 41 Rue du Sabot, 21130 Auxonne, France.
3. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number.

Condition of items

Items must be returned complete and in their original condition, ideally with their tags. You may try them on, but any loss in value caused by other handling (item worn, washed or damaged) may be deducted from the refund.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are paid by you, as are any customs fees for returns sent from outside the European Union.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items and the original shipping costs (up to the standard shipping rate for your country) within 14 days of receiving your request. The refund may be held back until we receive the items or your proof of postage. It is made using the payment method used for the order.

Changing sizes

The easiest way is to return the item following the steps above and place a new order in the right size. Write to us if you need help choosing.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items have the same 14-day period, starting when you receive the item.

Damaged item or wrong order

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us with photos: return costs are then paid by us, and you benefit from the legal guarantees described in our terms of sale.
