Orders & shipping

When will I receive my order?

Our t-shirts are in stock: your order is prepared and shipped, and you receive a tracking number by email. Pre-order sweaters are made after the pre-order period and shipped as soon as they are ready; we keep you updated by email. Shipping rates are listed on our Shipping page.

How much is shipping?

France: Standard €4.90, free from €70, or Express €7.90. Monaco and Andorra: €4.90, free from €70. European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino and Vatican City: €14.90. United Kingdom: €19.90. Norway, Iceland and the Balkans: €24.90. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to France, to every country in the European Union, and to Monaco, Andorra, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Vatican City, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country on delivery; they are paid by the recipient.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is secure: bank cards and the other methods shown at checkout.

Pre-orders & waitlist

How do pre-orders work?

You reserve your sweater and pay for it now. It is produced in small quantities after the pre-order period, then shipped as soon as it is ready. You receive email updates at every step.

What does “Coming soon” mean?

The striped sweaters are not on sale yet. On their product page, choose your size and leave your email: you will be the first to know when they can be ordered. Signing up is free and without commitment.

Sizing & care

Which size should I choose?

Our pieces have a relaxed fit. Take your usual size for the intended loose look, or one size down for a closer fit. Each sweater page has a size guide with all the measurements. Not sure? Write to us and we will help.

How do I care for my clothes?

T-shirts: wash inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry, iron inside out. Sweaters: hand wash or use a wool cycle at low temperature, dry flat, do not tumble dry.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. The full procedure is explained on our Returns & refunds page.

How do I change sizes?

Return the item following the return procedure and place a new order in the right size.
