Where we ship
We ship to France, to every country in the European Union, and to Monaco, Andorra, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Vatican City, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
Shipping rates
- France – Standard: €4.90, free from €70
- France – Express: €7.90
- Monaco and Andorra: €4.90, free from €70
- European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino and Vatican City: €14.90
- United Kingdom: €19.90
- Norway, Iceland and the Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia): €24.90

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs duties and taxes
There are no customs duties within the European Union. For orders shipped outside the European Union (for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra or the Balkans), import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country. They are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are paid by the recipient, usually on delivery.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are produced after the pre-order period and shipped as soon as they are ready. You receive email updates on production and shipping.
A problem with your parcel?
Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or does not arrive, email us at contact.misir@gmail.com with your order number: we will handle the claim with the carrier.
Delivery address
Please check your address before confirming your order. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we will correct it if the parcel has not left yet.
